Stupid rain … My feet are wet and I hate that. I only like the rain when I can actually play in it or when I’m home and it beats on the windows. I think that would qualify as one of my favorite things…Sitting on my big fluffy couch listening to the rain beating on the windows while drinking hot tea and reading a good book – that is heaven. So right now I’m wishing for home.
I actually went out on what would be considered a good date. Or was it a date? I think it was, wasn’t it? Or was it a meet up. Okay what the hell is a meet up? Good God, I’m a f*#%$* freak! Either way I actually had a good Friday night. Oh yeah … he’s really cute!! Did I write that yet?
I also went to a Haunted House in Federal Way later Friday night. Mandy and some of her friends we’re there and so I met up with them. Lame for $7, but at least the actors got some of the money. We hung around the mall for an hour waiting for Sky and Holly to show up. They ended up on I-99 North –needless to say they were lost. I didn’t care that we had to wait … The funniest part was that Mandy ran by Todd and I, almost knocking us over because she was sacred. I laughed pretty hard at that – I think the actors thought I was laughing at them. I’m sure I wasn’t very popular.
Even though the Haunted House wasn’t scary it sure beats the two previous Haunted Houses I’ve been in … The college one – got my a** grabbed, I don’t like people touching me without my permission. And then there’s the trauma of the one I went in when I was 10. It was one of those cardboard contractions that you crawl through in the elementary school cafeteria. You’d be inching along and they’d stick your hands in a bowl of peeled grapes and stuff. Well the spagetti standing in for brains was too much for me and I flipped out… I remember the shame of having to crawl backwards through the “haunted house” because I refused to go on.
I’m getting my tarot cards read tonight, should make for an interesting entry…
