I had this run in with a vendor on Friday and I feel sorry for her, because she got the full-blown version of Bitch Christy. And she is not very nice, not at all – she goes for the jugular.
Here’s the thing. If you mess up, you need to acknowledge that and fix it. Trying to blame your inefficiency’s on someone else, especially when that someone else has an email trail to the contrary, is just cause for war. And considering you’re the vendor and I’m the client that war might get ugly.
