It’s not the seventh day, but everyone needs a day of rest and today is mine and Holly’s day of rest. Just to not be in the car is helpful. We’re hanging at the hotel drinking tea, watching tennis, reading and writing. Holly just went to take a walk through town and I decided to blog and upload some pictures. I’m so glad I brought the laptop because a lot of the Castle’s look similar, as rock tends to do, so being able to download the pictures and stick them in folders with the correct names is key. I have no idea when I became so organized about such things.

Tomorrow we plan to drive the Wicklow Mountains and stop at a few more castles and ruins. We still have two full days after today’s lazy day to explore since we don’t fly out at 10:30am on Friday. I’ll have to come back one day; I didn’t see nearly all I could have.

I’m plotting already plotting my next overseas journey which will probably be France since I want to explore the Louvre. It’ll give me an excuse to learn French, which will be my next undertaking once I’m done with my MBA.

Picture is off the Timoleague Frary which Holly and I explored and were lucky enough to be the only people in the thing so we really got to enjoy it. More of this destination on Flickr, just click the photo.
