Aimee and I hit the tale end of “Tacoma’s Smartest Resident” Contest last night. When I say tale-end I mean we hit the bar after the bartenders were recovering for Nerdfest 2008. Apparently this contest was taken very serious, not the tongue-in-cheek way I had thought it would be taken. Good thing we didn’t show up during the contest, I most likely would have been beat down by recent versions of the Britannica for making fun of the whole thing.
I’m not gonna lie, last night was just weird for me and I’m not going to go into detail either. It’s hard to explain to myself, let alone the world.
Tonight I have concert duty and then tomorrow I’m rubbing elbows with the young professionals of the Emerald City. I’ll do anything to wear that short number I bought ages ago, its low cut too so I’ll be hitting two set of guys – ones who like legs and ones who like racks and maybe I’ll hit up the guy who likes both. I’ve been slutty lately.
